About Glows in the DarkGlows in the Dark, Inc. is a national network of creative and technical professionals with decades of experience working with interactive media. We are also the creators of Glows|DMS, a powerful, yet easy-to-use web-based data and content management solution. Over Ten Years of Communications ExperienceGlows in the Dark was founded by Jon Betts in 1994 as a professional Web services organization, helping companies embrace Web technologies as part of their business practices. Since 1994, we've produced over 100 high-profile and sophisticated interactive projects. We have created custom document management solutions for Proctor & Gamble and dynamic Flash promotions for DuPont, Milliken Carpets and T. Rowe Price. Yet our focus is on quickly and cost-effectively providing medium sized organizations, associations, non-profits and educational institutions with the same level of design, technical sophistication and quality of service usually afforded to larger companies. Our experience working with a broad range of clients provides us with the ability to work quickly yet accurately under tight deadlines. Our size and use of internally created productivity software allows us to produce highly sophisticated, nationally recognized Web presences within tight budget constraints. Though dedication and experience help, we realize that to be successful, our clients must be successful. For a complete list of our clients see our Client List. Data and Content Management Through Glows|DMSIn 1996, Glows in the Dark began creating data-driven Web sites for our customers. By incorporating database's into our customer's Web sites, we were able to dramatically reduce site creation and maintenance time. While the product worked well internally, we realized that a large number of our clients would benefit from managing their own content. In 1998, we gathered input from numerous customers, and combined with our experience, set out to design a product that could be used by a wide range of customers. After three years of development, Glows|DMS was introduced and has since gone through four major development stages. Designed from the beginning by a team of Web designers, programmers and administrators, Glows|DMS provides one of the most customizable, cost-effective and productive interfaces for managing content, data and design.
